Specifications and datasheetHow to choose a coolant
- Start with the vehicle or engine maker's manual. It names the coolant type, the mix and the change interval.
- For cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles, the red and blue anti-freeze coolant is the usual fit.
- For trucks, buses, construction and mining equipment and diesel generator sets, the green glycol coolant is made for heavy, continuous work.
- Pick the mix by climate: a stronger mix such as 1:3 gives more anti-freeze and corrosion protection than 1:9.
- Do not mix coolant types without the maker's advice, and flush the system when you change type.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a coolant manufacturer or a trader?+
Lukeron Lubricants Private Limited blends, fills, labels and packs its coolants at its own plant in Anandpar, Jamnagar, Gujarat. Our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Which coolants do you make?+
Two radiator coolants: the SPL Anti-Freeze Coolant Red/Blue in 1:3, 1:7 and 1:9 dilution, and the SPL Glycol Coolant Green concentrate in 1:3 dilution. We also make DOT 3 and DOT 4 brake fluids.
What do 1:3, 1:7 and 1:9 mean?+
They are mixing ratios, in parts of coolant to parts of water. A stronger mix such as 1:3 gives more anti-freeze and corrosion protection than a weaker one such as 1:9. The vehicle maker's manual names the mix to use.
What pack sizes are available?+
1 litre, 50 litre and 210 litre. Both coolants are in the same three pack sizes.
How long does the coolant last?+
The catalogue lists up to 100,000 km or 5 years for the Anti-Freeze Coolant Red/Blue and up to 30,000 km or 2 years for the Glycol Coolant Green. Follow the vehicle maker's change interval.
Can I mix red, blue and green coolant?+
Colour alone does not tell you the coolant type, and mixing different types can reduce protection. Use the coolant the vehicle maker names, and flush the system before you change type.
Which coolant is for trucks and buses?+
The green glycol coolant is made for heavy commercial vehicles, construction and mining equipment and diesel generator sets. The red and blue anti-freeze coolant suits cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles. Check the manual.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
Minimum order quantities are agreed with each buyer. We send free samples first.
Do you export coolant?+
Export enquiries are welcome. Tell us your country, the product and the quantity, and our team will reply.
