Cancellation, return and refund policyOpen your owner's manual and look for the viscosity grade (for example 10W-30 or 20W-40) and the API quality (for example SN). Choose the oil that matches. If you are unsure, send us your bike model on WhatsApp.
Yes. We dispatch from our plant within 2 to 4 working days of your payment. After dispatch, delivery takes about 2 working days within Gujarat and 5 to 7 working days outside Gujarat. Delivery anywhere in India is included in the price of ₹400 per bottle, so there is nothing extra to pay.
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, and we do not take returns if you change your mind, so please check the grade in your owner's manual before you order. If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, or it is the wrong product, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we replace it or refund you.
