4. WhatsApp Messages

Deleting your data from our records does not delete messages stored on your own WhatsApp app/device, nor does it affect your own WhatsApp account, which is controlled by you directly through the WhatsApp app or your Meta account settings. You can also block or report our business account directly within WhatsApp at any time.
