Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Lukeron Lubricants Private Limited (“Lukeron”, “we”, “us”) packs and delivers orders placed on lukeronlubricants.com.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India to every pin code our courier partners serve. Whether your pin code is served is checked before you pay. We do not deliver outside India through the online shop. For export, please use our export enquiry page.

2. How your order is prepared

Orders are packed at our own plant in Anandpar, Jamnagar. We dispatch within 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after your payment is confirmed. A GST invoice is issued for every order. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will tell you before dispatch and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

3. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 2 working days within Gujarat and 5 to 7 working days outside Gujarat. The expected time for your pin code is shown before you pay. These are estimates and not a guarantee. Delays can happen because of weather, strikes, festivals, road conditions or courier problems. If your order is late, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the weight of the parcel and the distance, and are shown before you pay. If a product page offers free delivery, it applies only as described on that page.

5. Payment

Orders are prepaid. Payment is taken online through our payment partner Razorpay, by UPI, card or net banking. Cash on delivery is not available at this time.

6. Tracking

When your parcel is dispatched, we send you the courier name and a tracking link by WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail.

7. If the delivery fails

Please give a complete address, a correct pin code and a phone number that works. If the courier cannot deliver because the address is wrong or incomplete, or no one accepts the parcel, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to send it again. The extra delivery charge for sending it again will be paid by you, or, if you prefer, we refund the order after deducting the delivery charges already paid.

8. Check your parcel when it arrives

Lubricants are liquids, so please look at the parcel when you receive it. If the carton is crushed, wet or leaking, please take photographs (and a short video if you can) and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the product or refund you, as explained in our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

Important notes

  • Choosing the oil: our suggestions about grades are general guidance. Please follow your vehicle maker's recommendation in the owner's manual.
  • Pictures: product pictures are for illustration. The bottle you receive carries its own printed label, MRP and manufacture date.
  • Prices and stock: if a price or stock level on the page was wrong, we may correct it. We will tell you before dispatch, and you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Pin codes: some pin codes may not be served by our couriers. This is checked before you pay.
  • Events beyond our control: we are not responsible for a delay caused by weather, strikes, accidents, government orders, or courier or network failure. We will keep you informed.
  • Fraud and mistakes: we may cancel and refund an order that looks fraudulent or was placed by mistake.
  • Our responsibility: to the extent the law permits, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in this policy takes away the rights you have under Indian consumer law.
  • Law and courts: this policy is governed by Indian law. Subject to the rights you have under consumer law, disputes are subject to the courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat.
  • Changes: we may update this policy. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
